We recently wrapped up a bathroom remodeling project in Baldwinsville, but like many home renovation stories — there was a twist!
The homeowner had previously hired another company to install new windows. The first window went in smoothly. But during the installation of the second one, the crew discovered extensive rot around the frame. Since that company only specializes in window installations, they weren’t equipped to handle structural repairs.
That’s when they reached out to us — and we were more than happy to step in! We assessed the damage, replaced the compromised wood, and got everything properly prepped so the window could be installed safely and securely.
The takeaway:
Working with specialized contractors can be great for certain jobs. However, if something unexpected comes up, it helps to have a full-service remodeling team in your corner.
