If any provision of these Website Terms conflicts with the terms of a separately executed construction contract between you and Liguigli Construction, the executed construction contract will control with respect to that project.

Actual project costs and schedules may vary based on site conditions, material availability, customer selections, permitting requirements, inspections, unforeseen conditions, changes in scope, and other circumstances.
